I purchased both the 9 foot five weight and 8'8" four weight rods. I would have to say that the 9 foot five weight could be perhaps the best casting rod I've ever put my hands on and I've put him on every rod out there. It's simply amazing. It's so smooth and light. It's unbelievable the way it feels. The 8'8"4 weight is among the best 4 weights I've ever cast as well. It's so soft and smooth and light just like the 905. Could these two rods be the best combination ever?
